Last a long time before repainting
The pigment of "SUS316L" and "SUS304L", used for the stainless steel paint, are made from feronickel and ferrochromium, witha sophisticated and integrated production process. This process results in these paints to contain very-high-quality stainless steel-flakes, while a little impurity such as P, S, Cu, Pb are found. A lamination effect protects the paint during immersion in corrosive gas or chemicals, and, ever under such conditions, repainting is not required for a long period.

Excellent Resin Peformance
Stainless steel conbines the excellence performance of vinylidene chloride resin (for gas isolation and moisture impermeability), and the heavy-duty adhesion of epoxy resin to provide synergistic effect with stainless steel flakes. The "SUS316L" and "SUS304L" paints have an excellent anticorrosion, chemical resistance, and shock resistance.

Reflection Of Ultraviolet Light Protects Against Thermal Conduction
The stainless steel flakes in the paint, form many layers. This accordingly leads to a prevention of pinholes. Also these layers of the stainless steel prevent ultaviolet light and provide excellent weather resistance. And the low thermal conduction of stainless steel protects the paint from thermal raiation from both inside and outside.

Sanitary
Stainless Paint meets or exceeds the strict standards of the Japan Food Sanitary Association Corp, Painted surface can be used safely in food-processing equipment.

Finish Coating Is Available
Stainless Paint can be finish-coated with almost any color or lettering. For finishing, we recommend paints based on epoxy resin, polyurethane resin, or chlorinated rubber.

Singapore, surrounded by corrosive sea water and being generally hogh temperatures and humidity, has long been interested in preventing the rusting of steel structures and concrete deterioration. These problems have been under intense study for decades. Now, witht he development of micron-sized flakes of stainless steel, there is an answer-"Stainless Paint", a new product that protects concrete as well as iron steel.
