Introduction
"KURARAY POVAL FILM" is produced from polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) resin. "KURARAY POVAL FILM" was commercialized at Kuraray Saijo Plant in 1962. As it separates cleanly from unsaturated polyesters, epoxies, and other thermoset resins and acrylate,KURARAY POVAL FILM has found use as a mold release film for the construction of tanks and automotive body parts.
